The addition of the 45-story Four Seasons Hotel and Residences on the western side of Downtown provided some visual balance to the city’s skyline that is dominated by towers clustered along Downtown’s eastern edge. Adding to that balancing effect will be the 22-story 1401 Lawrence and 40-story 1144 Fifteenth projects currently under construction next door to the Four Seasons.
