Guaranty Bank Building

The Guaranty Bank Building (also once known as the US National Bank Building) was built in 1921 and designed by Fisher & Fisher in a reserved Chicago Commercial style. In the 1980s it sat vacant and was almost razed, but fortunately it received landmark status and a subsequent full renovation into the Bank Lofts.
