Denver Tramway Building

The Denver Tramway Building was built in 1911 and held the city’s public transportation system offices and attached street-car barn until 1971, when it was converted to academic use by the University of Colorado Denver. The structure was designed by the firm of Fisher & Fisher and restored in the 1990s as the upscale Hotel Teatro.
