One of the absolute finest ways to indulge in Denver’s urban heritage is to participate in Doors Open Denver, the annual free event sponsored by the City & County of Denver and a host of other organizations in celebration of Colorado Architecture Month.
The number of events and fun things to do is amazing. Check out the list of buildings you can visit (over 70), the dozens of self-guided Urban Adventures, the many expert-guided tours you can take (with pre-registration), and a bunch of other fun things like Box City for kids, an urban photography competition, and more.
